Registration
You will become a University Library user by registrering and paying of the registration fee.
By registration, the user agrees to the following:
- to observe the provisions of the Library Rules and Regulations of the MBU,
- to create a user account in the Online Catalog of the University Library,
- with processing his personal data.
For registration, you need:
- UMB employees - ID card and employee card (ITIC),
- UMB students - ID card / passport and ISIC student card,
- students from other universities and the professional public - ID card / passport.
You can register in two ways:
- ONLINE REGISTRATION - fill in the Application form on ases.umb.sk:
- students and employees of MBU – log into the system (use the login name and password identical with those for the University e-mail account) and submit the application as a student / employee,
- students from other universities and the professional public – submit the application as a target group ➡ public.
- PERSONAL REGISTRATION – use one of the six registration places:
- Lending Department (Tajovského 40)
- Reading Room of Economics (Tajovského 10)
- Reading Room of Political Science (Kuzmányho 1)
- Reading Room of Law (Komenského 20)
- Reading room of Education (Ružová 15)
- Universal Reading Room and European Documentation Center (Tajovského 51)
NOTE ➡ You also need to fill in the online Application form in case of personal registration in Library.
The registration fee is € 5.00. You can pay the fee in cash or by bank transfer to the Library account.
